Team Titles and Team Grades should be uniform through out the entire club. Check this with your club administrator if you are uncertain before you change titles or the way grades and results (or sponsors) are shown.
About Spell Check Procedure
Please note that it is your responsibility to make sure that the content is correct (spelling, missing names, dropped capitals, correct year, correct grade etc). We supply the tools to help you do this and encourange you strongly to check your data on the web.
About Browsers
Recommended browsers: Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Apple Safari, or Google Chrome will display the databases properly.
Unsupported browsers: Mozilla/Seamonkey, Netscape Navigator or other older browsers may not draw the databases correctly, drop out data, and other errors.
If you experience problems when using the spell-check database, try downloading the latest version of Mozilla Firefox.

Please be aware that the job will be printed as per these web drafts. Reprints due to mistakes are not supplied without cost.
Database upgrades
The database is very similar to the ones we used before, except that to get into edit mode now you just need to click into the area you wish to alter or click on the 'Edit' button - this will change to white and you can do your editing.
A 'Submit' button will appear on the menu bar. Click on this when you are finished, and then log out by clicking on the 'Log out' button at the bottom of the menu bar. View illustrated instructions.
Having trouble accessing the database page?
1. Try another computer. Company computers often have firewalls that prevent access to data bases.
2. If you are still experiencing difficulties then please send us an email.
The email subject area must include the words ‘spell check’ and then the name of your club.
Your email will be replied to - if you do not get a reply, we did not get your email.
Include the team name and the team number and we will email you the text and a jpeg file for you to check, and send back to us.
3. Getting through but it stops? Try again later - often there are temporary glitches that go away after a short time.
4. Mozilla/Seamonkey and Netscape Navigator do not handle database field information properly and will discard data when you press ‘submit’. Please try a different browser.
5. Databases are loaded the day after the photography has been completed and are available for corrections for about three days.
